Aralık 6, 2003Kcell, the biggest mobile operator of Kazakhstan launches their speech enabled ivr services on Mira Ivr platform. The system is capable of undertanding verbal commands in English and Russian. Kcell starts to give speech enabled whether forecast and financial information services.
